Five Incredible Provo Yards Managed by Incredible Landlords

Provo landlords are famously incredible at taking care of their properties and tenants, and what better day to celebrate our amazing landlords than on national landlord appreciation day? Show your landlord your appreciation this year by not putting extra stress on them by asking for your security deposit back when your contract ends in a few weeks. 🙂

We at the Alt U have complied some of the best yards managed by Provo landlords or property management companies. The names of the winning landlords/management companies are being kept confidential so they are not overrun with potential tenants, but they have been all been given free potato-of-the-month subscriptions, courtesy of the Alt U.

  1. This house was converted into a fun duplex apartment, and now it has an equally fun yard! It has such a summery, adventurous theme and we’re sure tenants love treking through their mini forest every morning.Overgrown yards see 311 calls spike in Windsor | CTV News
  2. This is such a fun and modern approach to a yard for a big building! The way single dead tree contrasts with the smooth pavement is really compelling. Plain concrete is all the rage right now. Low maintenance too!
  3. Another house converted into an apartment, this yard is so colorful and fun! You know that the landlord must have spent a lot of time and effort encouraging these beautiful flowers to grow. 10/10!Weed Control to Farmer John
  4. For apartments with limited space for landscaping, adding decor to the front of the building is always a fun alternative! This flag was reportedly added to cover up a pesky, honor-code-flaunting pride flags hung up by a resident. Property representative Brenton Thatch told the AU that the only acceptable alternative was to cover it with a “massive American flag.” Nice call!
  5. Now this is thinking outside of the box! A line of cars is a clever addition to the park strip, and all a landlord needs to do to add this fun new yard element is to remove or severely limit any off-street parking for tenants.
