Sales Bro Suspected of AI Usage by Mutual Date After Considerate Follow-Up Text

With the rise of generative text AI models such as ChatGPT and Grok, it has become more and more difficult to discern whether writing has been composed by a human or a machine.

In a recent scandal, Provo Sales Bro Brandon Baker has been suspected of blatant AI usage after sending unusually thoughtful and composed messages to Maddy Nielsen, his recent Mutual date.

“We had a pretty typical first date,” related Nielsen. “We got mocktails and he bragged about how he could sell to twice as many neighborhoods because he learned Spanish on his mission. I figured that would be it, but then the next day he sent me a text.”

The incriminating message reads as follows: “Hello Maddy, thank you for a wonderful date—I had a great time last night getting to know you. If you desire any follow-up dates—or need anything else—just let me know!”

Analysis on the messages has been run by AI expert Albert Ingram.

“It can be hard to detect AI usage nowadays,” reported Albert, “but the dead giveaway in this case is that all the messages seem kind and considerate of others, atypical of the common ‘sales bro.’”

Attempts to contact Baker for this story have proved futile, as the only messages the Alternate Universe have received have consisted of rocket ship emojis.
