BYU Set To Tear Out Every Entrance To Your Apartment Complex

After years of concerted effort, BYU is unfortunately running out of ways to obstruct student movement on campus through construction projects. In response, the university has decided to remove most entrances, ceilings, and walls to your apartment to help you feel at home.

BYU issued the following statement on Thursday, “We were going to build a new parking garage, but after receiving such glowing reviews about the new eye scalding white sidewalks we’ve been implementing, we’ve decided funds would be best used to share the love with students by replacing all apartment walls with the same material.”

The project has been met with minimal backlash, however, some students wonder if their apartments will still be accessible for sleeping and making out. When confronted with the question, BYU’s flagship construction company BIG D told AltU reporters, “We assure students that they will still have access to their apartments during the remodel. They will simply have to navigate through 30 yards of yellow tape, 10 barricades, and a random cherry picker to access an entrance they’ve never heard of.”

Kelseigh Scott was a part of a pilot program for the project and received new cement walls earlier this month. Her review was nothing but positive. “I for one love the new walls,” quotes Scott. “As long as you squint pretty hard, it’s barely painful to look at!”

While we have yet to receive word if student apartments will also receive the BYU bathroom 2 atoms thick toilet paper, we can be excited that a little bit of BYU is coming to our apartments.
